It's quiet here!

Mike has taken Emma camping for the annual Girl Scout Father/Daughter weekend. She was so excited to go yesterday and was frustrated at daddy because he was not loading the truck fast enough!!!

Last night I actually had nothing on the calendar (that was just amazing) Connor playing with his friend Jeremy and Colin had an away game, so It was just me and the cat. I really did not want to tackle the kitchen or remove the stuff from the dining room table, so I went outside where my best friend and her daughters were playing.

Mike took 'my' camera with him on the camping trip and left his new one where I could get it. So I decided that I would be a "rockstar" and shoot some fantastic pictures!!! (well I would attempt it and then further edit them in my software)

I think I came out with a few really good ones and I posted them to our photography blog and then went and took a chance and posted to the Open Source Photo (OSP) board. This is Mike's hangout since deciding that he is a Photographer! He says I need to be posting there too as we are a team. I'll see what kind of critique I get. I hope they are gentle on me!

I have a crop today and hopefully can show off the pictures and how to use CM's Memory Manager software to make ordinary snapshots look great!
